Final Environmental Impact Statement for the ON Line Project
The Final Environmental Impact Statement for the ON Line Project is now available for viewing on-line. The FEIS is split into Volumes. The individual volumes have also been split into individual chapters, for readers with dial-up connections to the Internet. Adobe Reader 9 (or higher) is required to view the FEIS. Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe Systems, and can be acquired by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" icon to the right, or on the text at the bottom of this page.
