Archaeological Project Implementation Process
The BLM State Director will notify the recipient agency of the availability of funds. The recipient agency will designate a project manager for each project. The project manager will assure that personnel are selected, contracts awarded or assistance agreements are negotiated allowing open and fair competition to obtain the highest quality performance and results regardless of the funding vehicle.
