Final Big Rocks, Mount Irish and South Pahroc Range Wilderness Management Plan Available

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ely District is making available to the public the Big Rocks, Mount Irish and South Pahroc Range Wilderness Final Wilderness Management Plan and Environmental Assessment (EA).

The 10-year plan provides primary management guidance for the Big Rocks, Mount Irish and South Pahroc Range wilderness areas.  The three wilderness areas were addressed in a single management plan because of their proximity and similar management issues.

The plan is available on the BLM Ely District website.  Visit www.blm.gov/nv/ and click on the Ely District.  Paper copies are available at the BLM Ely District Office, at 702 N. Industrial Way, in Ely, Nev., and BLM Caliente Field Office, at 1400 S. Front Street, in Caliente, Nev.
