BLM Conveys Public Lands to County for Industrial Park Expansion

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Monday conveyed to White Pine County 40 acres of the public lands adjacent to the county industrial park.  The conveyance will allow for the expansion and development of industrial park facilities, and encourage industrial development.

The land is part of a 202-acre parcel located next to the industrial park that was identified for disposal in the White Pine County Conservation, Recreation, and Development Act.  The conveyance is in accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
