BLM Resource Advisory Council to Meet In Tonopah

The Mojave-Southern Great Basin Resource Advisory Council is scheduled to meet from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Aug. 20, at the BLM Tonopah Field Station, located at 1553 South Main Street, Tonopah, Nev.

Agenda items include updates on the Central Nevada Elk Plan, the South-Central and bi-State Sage Grouse plans and the setting of Appropriate Management Level (AML) for wild horses in the BLM Battle Mountain District.

The public is encouraged to attend and participate in the public comment period scheduled at 11:15 a.m.
