BLM To Conduct Prescribed Burn On Ella Mountain
Weather depending, the BLM Caliente Field Station is scheduled on Thursday, April 29, to begin a nearly weeklong prescribed burn on Ella Mountain, about 14 miles south of Caliente, Nev.
The approximately 200-acre prescribed burn is intended to improve native wildlife habitat and reduce fuel loading.
