Wild horses continue to use and benefit from the more than 46,000 gallons of water the BLM hauled between July 12 and July 19 to help stabilize the condition of the horses prior to implementing emergency rescue gather operations in the Owyhee HMA during the Tuscarora wild horse gather.

Studs being released back into the Rock Creek HMA on July 28, 2010.

Wild horses gathered from public and private lands outside the Rock Creek HMA.

One of the contractor's wranglers slowly leads a foal in to gather corrals to reunite with it's mother.

This young foal was gathered from outside the Rock Creek HMA on July 29. He paired up with his momma shortly after the photo was taken.
