Steve Foree, 3 Bars Project Manager for the Mount Lewis Field Office, is the primary public contact for the 3 Bars Ecosystem and Landscape Restoration Project (3 Bars Project).

Gloria Tibbetts, Planning and Environmental Coordinator, Mount Lewis Field Office, is the secondary contact for the 3 Bars Project.

Chris Cook is the Field Manager for the Mount Lewis Field Office which manages the public lands in Eureka County, NV.

Dorothy Harvey is the acting Public Affairs Specialist and handles public outreach for the project, including public meetings, media releases, and newsletters.

When submitting comments on the project, please include your name and mailing address in your e-mail (see privacy notice below). Comments are welcomed, reviewed, and considered throughout the EIS process.  Public comments submitted for this project, including names and street addresses of respondents, will be available for public review at the Battle Mountain District Office, 50 Bastian Road, Battle Mountain, NV 89820, during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Individual respondents may request confidentiality. If you wish to withhold your name or address from public review or from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, you must state this prominently in your written comments. Such requests will be honored to the extent allowed by law. All submissions from organizations or businesses, and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses, will be made available for public inspection in their entirety.
