The National Training Center invites you to join our November audio forum titled
“Developing Others-Providing opportunities to Learn.” This 60 minute forum is scheduled for
Monday, November 26, 2012. The audio forum will be presented by Don Charpio, Director of the National Training Center. The presentation will provide a range of topics focused on developing others to include strategic development plans, coaching and mentoring.
In what context are we expected to develop those we supervise? Where the resources and what are is the most effective way to manage those resources? With the knowledge and skills of Mr. Charpio along with hand chosen subject matter expert’s participants will have the opportunity to delve into the facets of effectively developing others.
