DOI LEARN has been upgraded The Department of the Interior has upgraded to a new version of our Learning Management System, DOI LEARN.

BLM Satellite Network - Digital Transition The BLM Satellite Network is transitioning to a fixed dish digital satellite technology for all training and informational telecasts. This new system will provide BLM with features and benefits not previously available with the large dish C-band analog system.  Click here for details on how to obtain the required digital downlink equipment, programming, and service plan for your office.
