Publishing Services

Our full range of publication services encompasses consultation and planning, as well as coordination of printing and distribution. Working in concert, our editors and visual information specialists provide a broad spectrum of publication assistance.

Writing and Editing
Even before the first draft is written, we can provide consulting services to help you effectively organize and present information to your target audience. Our skilled team offers writing and editing services for technical manuscripts and articles, planning and environmental documents, general interest brochures and pamphlets, educational materials, and many other publications. Visual Information
Our visual information specialists create original designs and illustrations to communicate your message. Using the latest technology, we produce books, pamphlets, exhibits, poster sessions, brochures, Web sites, posters, and briefing visuals. We can provide files in a variety of digital formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, and others) suitable for printing, CDs, Web publishing, or multimedia presentations.

Micrographic Services

Our microform specialists have consolidated the historical cadastral survey information for each township in the 13 Western States (approximately 325,000 masters). These records are stored in a secure, temperature-controlled environment. We maintain the master film of the Cadastral Survey Field Notes system, ensuring accurate filing and providing restorative services. Duplicates of the master film are available upon request. We can produce microfiche copies of individual townships and customized
information sets from mineral surveys, homestead entry surveys, plats, and field notes.
