Since the original agreement in 1975, the Service Center, Division of Engineering Systems, (now the Division of Technical Services, Branch of Engineering Services), Computer Applications Staff, has expanded its services to field users by providing a wide variety of computer applications through access to the many programs residing in the Fort Collins Computer Center (FCCC). The services covered by this interagency agreement cannot feasibly be obtained from another source. 1.03PURPOSE: The purpose and end goal of the Agreement is to support BLM field users in any way possible relative to technical activities. 1.04STATEMENT OF WORK: A. Services include computer time, telecommunications support, and software support as required. B. Billing will be periodic and broken down by run identification. Billing will include: Run ID, site ID, submitted time, initiated time, completion time, priority, CPU (min.), average core, I/O (min.), resource time, and totals. Billing shall also include expenditures (year to date), adjustments, balance to date, and net amount of bill. Mass storage charges, tape storage, and symbiont charges shall be broken out. C.
