These will include specific technical task descriptions and material quantity and quality required. The Work Order initiator then shall, within three working days, confirm the Work Order and authorize the Contractor to proceed or cancel the work order. These three steps may also be completed in sequence, on a single date if both parties concur. Upon receipt of a confirmed work order, the Contractor shall begin work within 5 working days and diligently proceed with work until completed. Should the Contractor determine that a final work order billing is likely to exceed the estimate by 20% or more, no further work shall be accomplished until an amended work order is agreed upon with the initiator.(#l C.5.3lBilling Procedures: Billings shall be submitted monthly.
