Responsibilities of the Contractor:  @@ X@ X1.Furnish necessary labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and supplies (including cards and floppy disks) to provide record keying and verification services. Shall be able to receive and process orders within 5 working days after receipt of Notice of Award.(#  @2.Data entered onto floppy disks or punched cards shall be verified by manual or automated methods, as approved by the Contracting Officer. Left-hand margin punch on cards is not acceptable. Printing card punch machines shall be used. Disks shall be formatted by the Contractor.(#  @3.Provide services to meet established deadlines.(#  @4. Meet the pickup and delivery schedule as stated in paragraph 1.03A.(#@  @5. Record of Work Performed:  @1.Furnish a monthly billing to show total number of records keyed and verified per item, and cost in accordance with rate established in the Schedule of Items.(#  @2.Furnish a transmittal daily showing the job numbers and the numbers of records keyed and verified per job.(# 1.03 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING: A. Pickup and Delivery:  @1.Each working day between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., source documents shall be picked up at and keyed records and source documents delivered to: Branch of Engineering Services, SC672, Building 40, Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado 80225. Approximately 90% of the maximum quantity per month represents priority work that must be completed and returned within 24 hr after pickup. Payment will be made for the actual number of records keyed.(#@ PART 2: PRODUCTS 2.01 MATERIALS A.@Requirements: Data shall be keyed on either 80-column unformatted card stock or 5-1/4-inch dual-sided, double-density floppy disks compatible with MS-DPS, depending on instructions of the COR.(#@ PART 3: EXECUTION 3.01 PREPARATION: A.@Record Keying: Records will be keyed in accordance with the procedures in the record keying instructions furnished with each initial request. Representative samples are attached.(#@ B.@Knowledge Required: It is essential that the Contractor have experience in keying data from engineering-type field notes due to the complexity of the source documents. Approximately 85% of the total volume of work will be in this format.(#@ 3.02 INSPECTION: A.@Contracting Officer's Representative: The Contracting Officer has designated a representative, hereafter referred to as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), who will provide routine administration of the Contract.
