Glade Run Recreation Area Management Plan
The BLM Farmington Field Office has prepared a Decision Record (DR) selecting Alternative A from the Glade Run Recreation Area (GRRA) Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA)/Environmental Assessment (EA) as the Final Recreation and Transportation Management Plan (R&TMP) for the GRRA.
The DR amends the 2003 Farmington Resource Management Plan to designate off-highway vehicle (OHV) use areas, a new boundary for the Glade Run, and identify the Glade Run as a Special Recreation Management Area (SRMA). In addition, the R&TMP identifies selection criteria for routes, designates travel routes, and identifies areas that would be considered for future Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) leases.
This decision may be appealed to the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), Office of the Secretary, in accordance with the regulations contained in 43 CFR Part 4. Any appeal must be filed by June 21, 2015.
