Scoping Report April 2010

The SunZia Southwest Transmission Project EIS Scoping Report presented here encompasses the formal scoping process that occurred from May through November 2009.  Due to an additional scoping period of  March 31 through June 10, 2010 to accommodate a study area expansion in New Mexico and Arizona, this scoping report will be appended to address the additional scoping.   The appended portion will be posted on this website when available following the end of the scoping period.
