Two Week Public Scoping

|12/30/2013 through 1/13/2014||Two week public scoping period of nominated lease parcels including the field offices preliminary recommendations and stipulations. Stipulation summaries, GIS shapefiles, and maps are also provided. This allows the public an opportunity to provide comments which are then analyzed and incorporated into the environmental analysis as appropriate.|

Thirty day public review and comment period of the lease sale Environmental Assessment (EA) and the unsigned Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). Comments received from the public will be analyzed and incorporated into the environmental analysis as appropriate.
*Note – The public review and comment period was extended on 2/18/2014 for an additional 8 days. The comment period will now end on 3/19/2014.
