Storage and Pipeline Operations

The AMFO reports that the CHEU is in full operation. Last outage report was 3/24/2013.

Proposed Plant Service Outages:

Annual:  The next planned outage for general CHEU and CHCS PM is tentatively scheduled for October 2013 and would be of an eight (8) day duration. This outage would include mechanical and electrical equipment scheduled maintenance. Additionally the triennial critical safety device test and inspection would be conducted. (Note: This refers to safety control devices as opposed to relief devices serviced during the July 2012 outage). This does not preclude the possibility of interim outages of brief duration for corrective maintenance and/or urgent project execution. The planned outage schedule will be reviewed as the year progresses and could be moved forward if equipment predictive findings or market opportunities so warrant.

This document is not intended to be an official notice.  When a scheduled shutdown is finalized, the Contracting Officer will notify companies of any scheduled maintenance work which will interrupt acceptance or redelivery of helium.
