Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument

Linda Rundell, NM State Director of BLM

Welcome to Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument.  This extraordinary area encompasses over 4,000 acres of land, managed by the Bureau of Land Management, in cooperation with the Pueblo de Cochiti.

Governor Ray Trujillo, Pueblo de Cochiti

Our greatest gift to our children and all who follow in our footsteps is the gift of our friendship--our realization and understanding of our responsibility for our shared stewardship of special places like Kasha-Katuwe, which means ‘white cliffs’ in the traditional language of Cochiti Pueblo.
