It is national policy that Hotshot crews, with no less than eighteen regular members are fire-ready and available at any time during fire season: within five minutes while on-duty and boarding an aircraft within two hours, when off-duty. Due to your commitment to the crew, as well as the above requirement, crew members are expected to make EVERY dispatch. Our scheduled work week is Thursday through Monday.
