Policy/Action: It is requested that each district and field office manager reply to this IM stating that all required information has been reviewed and corrections made in the Facility Asset Management System (FAMS) as necessary. Information to be reviewed and verified is as follows: · FAMS data completeness. · Condition assessments for recreation and administrative sites, bridges and major culverts, and dams. Please note that each site should have a “last inspection date” and a “next CCA” date of FY 2011 or later. · Utilization data for owned offices, warehouses, and housing as reported in the Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP). · Planned disposition information for all assets over $5,000 in the Current Replacement Value (CRV). · Disposition completion information for all assets over $5,000 in the CRV. Reports with this information can be accessed on the web at https://web.lrpo.blm.gov:9271/rptapp/menu.cfm?appCd=31. Please note that Brio version 9.x must be installed to correctly access these reports. 2 The leased office and warehouse space component will be included on one spreadsheet, and is still being constructed at the NOC. It should be available within the next several weeks. District and field offices will be contacted with further instructions when this is complete and updates are needed.
