The Montana/Dakotas GIS Request Database is designed to facilitate communication on GIS projects between the requestor, management, and the GIS staff (IRM and Resources). The Montana/Dakotas GIS Request Database had been a Lotus Notes application and was recently ported over to the GIS CITRIX environment. The database continues to provide the same functionality and is to be accessible to all employees. If you are not currently a GIS CITRIX user please place a help desk ticket requesting access to the Montana/Dakotas GIS Request Database https://ilmnirm3ws4.blm.doi.net/arsys/forms/ilmniop3ap1/RQC%3AServiceRequestWizard/UserSubmitCustom/?cacheid=a8bc1c9a. All requests for GIS support should be made through the use of the GIS Request Database. The status on any user request can be monitored through this database as well.
