In Reply To: 1600 (RS.932) P EMAIL TRANSMISSION – 8/10/07 Information Bulletin No. MT-2007-057 To: State Management Team From: Deputy State Director, Division of Support Services Subject: Montana/Dakotas Statewide IRM Meeting/Workshop Program Area: Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Purpose: The purpose of this Information Bulletin is to announce the Information Resources Management (IRM) meeting for September 2007. Policy/Action: Zone and State Office IRM staffs will meet September 18 - 20, 2007. Timeframe: The meeting will be at the Montana State Office beginning on Tuesday, September 18, at 1:00 p.m., and concluding on Thursday, September 20, at 12:00 noon. Budget Impact: This information concerning planned meetings and the policy of announcing Montana State Office-initiated meetings, trainings, or workshops should assist managers in planning and prioritizing travel expenditures for their offices. Background: As directed by IM MT-2007-037, all statewide meetings and workshops will inform field offices of planned meetings and provide an agenda. Statewide meetings and workshops are necessary on a periodic basis to train and inform specialists on program policies, procedures, and news.
