Due to the loss of key field office personnel, and inspection/enforcement and well permitting activities taking priority over lease parcel review, lands under the management of the BLM in North Dakota will not be reviewed for inclusion in the July 17, 2012, Oil and Gas Lease Sale.  These lands will be reviewed for inclusion in the January 29, 2013, Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
