 Duncan 4,200-3,700 B.P.

Duncan points have straight converging or bilaterally convex blades. They have non-barbed shoulders that slope inward and a straight parallel-sided or expanding stem with a shallow notched base.  The original specimen was 31.5 mm or more in total length. The blade was 15.5 mm in maximum breadth and 4.5 mm or more in maximum thickness. Duncans display random pressure flaking and are lenticular in cross section.  The sides of the stem are smoothed by retouching or grinding.  Wheeler, R. P.
