Date:  May 2, 2008 Contact:  Marilyn Krause  (406) 533-7617     Park County Withdraws Gravel Pit Request Park County commissioners recently withdrew their request to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to excavate and crush gravel on BLM land about 1.5 miles east of Livingston, just off Old Boulder Road. Citing current fuel costs and other associated costs and variables, Park County withdrew its request for current development but may reconsider in the future. -30-
