Date:  July 19, 2008 Contact:  David Early (406) 683-8044 Wildfire in Tobacco Roots The McKelvey Lake Fire is burning on National Forest land in the South Tobacco Roots Mountains about 11 miles northwest of Ennis, Mont.  Ten smoke jumpers from Missoula parachuted into the high rugged back country Saturday evening to begin the initial attack. The 10 to 20 acre fire is located at nearly 8,000 feet elevation in heavy timber.  ###
