Date: December 19, 2007 Contact: Marilyn Krause (406) 533-7617 Apply Now for Seasonal Positions With BLM in Ennis AreaThe Bureau of Land Management office in Ennis is recruiting for four seasonal positions to work in the Ennis area next summer – along the Madison River and in the Bear Trap Wilderness Area. If you enjoy working outdoors, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Two of the positions are laborer positions responsible for weed management along the Madison River and in the Lee Metcalf (Bear Trap) Wilderness Area. The other two positions are Park Ranger jobs, one with primary responsibilities for recreation operations including facilities maintenance, and one with primary responsibilities for river patrols on the Madison River, including the Bear Trap Canyon’s Class IV whitewater section.
