Date:  August 13, 2007 Contact:  Butte Field Office 406-533-7600 Tie Creek Road Closed for Fire Operations The Tie Creek Road, located on the south side of the Big Hole River in Beaverhead County, is closed until further notice while crews using heavy equipment construct a fire contingency line in conjunction with the Pattengail Creek Fire. The closure is necessary to provide for traffic control and public and fire personnel safety.  The road is located in T1N, R12W, Sections 14, 15, 23, and 24 in Beaverhead County.   For further information, contact the BLM Butte Field Office at 533-7600.   -30-
