Warm Springs Boat Launch

This day-use area located on the Madison River offers opportunities for floating, boating, and fishing. It is the take-out for the Bear Trap Canyon Wilderness whitewater float. This site is often heavily used, making proper vehicle parking a must. Vehicles will be ticketed or towed if not in between white lines. Please do not park along entrance road or highway. Overflow parking and additional hand launch area is a ½ mile downstream of Warm Springs at California Corner. Activities: Floating, boating, and fishing. Facilities: Parking, boat ramp, 3 hand launch areas, changing room and 2 accessible vault toilets.Location/Access: Just off Montana Hwy 84 approximately 20 miles northeast of Ennis. Additional parking and hand launch located 1/2 mile east of Warm Springs at California Corner.
