Popular Reports - this section provides help guides based on a specific task regarding Oil and Gas Leases and Agreements, Solar and Wind Energy Rights-of-Way and Mining Claims.

Oil and Gas
Search a Geographic Area for Authorized Oil and Gas Leases and Agreements (units, participating areas, etc)
Find Oil and Gas Leases by Company Name and then get a Serial Register Page for each Lease in the list.
Find the producing Oil and Gas Leases by BLM administrative state.
Find out how much was bid on recent Oil and Gas Leases.
Oil and Gas Leases Issued (PDF) within a specific time frame.
Oil and Gas Leases Due to Expire (PDF) within a specific time frame.

All Systems Geographic Report (PDF) - This report is used to find case serial numbers by legal land description within all the LR2000 systems; Case Recordation, Mining Claim Recordation and Status.

All Systems Geographic Supplemental Report (PDF) - This report is a historical summary of select case transactions within a township for cases that are in Case Recordation and Status. This report should not be construed to be an automated historical index. (HI).

Use "Case Recordation" for the following activities: Oil and Gas, Geothermal, Oil Shale, Coal and Other Minerals, Rights-of-Ways; Land and Mineral Title, Withdrawals, and Classifications - active in 1984 or issued after 1984. (No Mining Claims are in the "Case Recordation" system).

Case Recordation (CR) - Case Action Information Report (PDF) This report is useful in analyzing lands and minerals casework, providing statistics, listing cases in various categories, and identifying actions pending by different office for all specific case types. Use this report to find out such things as: cases expiring within a specific time frame, bid/acre received, rental paid, assignment filed, etc. This report produces listings of cases or total number of cases based on a combination of required and optional criteria.

Case Recordation (CR) Information Report (PDF) and Case Info Cust Land (PDF) and- These reports provide listings of cases and/or case totals, based on the following selection criteria: Admin State, Geo State, County, District/Resource Area, Admin Agency, Case Type, Case Disposition, Disposition Date, Action Code, Action Date, Pending Action and Commodity. There are three output formats available for viewing or printing.

Case Recordation (CR) - Duration of Plans Report (PDF) - This report provides plan operations, mine plan management, an error list of action codes without a document number, and information on the bonds filed for casetype 380210.

Case Recordation Geothermal Nominations - This report lists the land descriptions for lands nominated for a geothermal sale.

Case Recordation (CR) - Oil and Gas Leases Issued (PDF) within a specific time frame.

Case Recordation - Oil and Gas Leases Due to Expire (pdf)- Find all the Oil and Gas Leases due to expire in the next 30, 60, 90, or 120 days in a geographic area.

Case Recordation (CR) Serial Register Page (PDF) - Provides a subset of information, entered to date, from the official case file, for a land or mineral case.

Legal Land Description (LLD) Acreage Report (PDF) - This report lists the admin state, geo state, meridian, township, range, section (MTRS), survey type, survey number, survey suffix, nominal location (NENE), and acreage for each piece of land. Unlike the LLD Summary report this report shows the total acreage within each section.

Legal Land Description (LLD) Summary Report (PDF) - This report lists the Meridian, Township, Range, Section (MTRS), survey type, survey number, survey number suffix, nominal location (NENE), acreage, congressional district, geographical state, county, BLM District and Resource Area, and Administrative Agency within a specified State, and MTR or MTRS.

Use "Mining Claim" for Unpatented Mining Claims (No Mineral Patents)

Mining Claim (MC) Action Code Report (PDF) - Displays all mining claims by a specific action code and date range, such as assessment filed, location date, etc.

Mining Claim (MC) Claim Name/Number Index Report (PDF) - Displays information about mining claims associated with a specified Mining Claim Name(s).

Mining Claim (MC) Customer Info Report (PDF) - Displays all mining claims by a specified customer in the mining claim database.

Mining Claim (MC) Geographic Index Report (PDF) - Displays all mining claims by a specified geographic area using meridian, township, range, section, and quadrant. Use this mining claim geographic report if you want to see county book and page numbers.
