Public Room personnel assist with searches of available files, microfiche, plats, etc.  Tutorials and personal assistance with "hands-on" computer equipment are also available. 

Case files may be checked out for review (no more than 10 files at a time).  In some instances, files may be unavailable because of internal work requirements on pending cases.

Request copies of records and documents by calling (208) 373-3889 or by sending your request in writing to Department of the Interior-BLM, Attn: Public Room, 1387 S. Vinnell Way, Boise, Idaho 83709. Charges for copying vary depending upon the request. Please see our fee page for a complete list of charges.

Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card. Call our Accounts Section at (208) 373-3893 for information about establishing a Declining Deposit Account if you will be a frequent customer. Make all remittances payable to U.S. Department of the Interior-BLM.
