How to Apply for SCEP
Who Is Eligible?
- Students enrolled in an accredited college, university, technical, or vocational school with at least a half-time course load.
Students in good academic standing, with a 2.5 cumulative grade point average or higher. - Students who will be U.S. citizens upon graduation from school.

- Transcript or Official Letter of Acceptance
- Reference Letter
