Benefits of the BLM SCEP

• SCEP students who successfully complete the program are eligible for non-competitive conversion into full-time Federal employees.

How to Apply for SCEP

Who Is Eligible? 

• Students enrolled in an accredited college, university, technical, or vocational school with at least a half-time course load.
  Students in good academic standing, with a 2.5 cumulative grade point average or higher.
• Students who will be U.S. citizens upon graduation from school.

What Application Materials Are Required?

• Transcript or Official Letter of Acceptance
• Reference Letter
