Upcoming Idaho Wild Horse Adoptions

On December 4,5, and 6, a Wild Horse Adoption will be held at the Boise BLM Wild Horse Corrals. Friday, December 4 will be a preview day, so potential adopters can view the horses.  Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 will be adoption days.  Please call Jessica Gardetto, (208) 373-4060 for more information.  

Additional Information

• Approximately 220 horses will be available at the adoption.
• All horses gathered from the Four Mile and Sands Basin Herd Management Areas in October 2009.
• A buddy horse can be adopted for $25.00 after adopting a horse for $125.00.

Directions to the Boise BLM Wild Horse Corrals: From I-84 – Exit on Orchard St. (Exit 52) and go south for approximately 1.7 miles, this turns into W. Gowen Road. Continue for 0.5 mile. Turn right (south) on Pleasant Valley Road and go approximately 4 miles. Turn right at the “Wild Horse Corrals.”
