Upper Snake Resource Management Plan

Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

After the 90-day public comment period on the Draft RMP / EIS, BLM reviews and responds to comments, refines the alternatives and impact analyses, as necessary, and issues a Proposed RMP and Final EIS through A Notice of Availability (NOA). The NOA initiates a 30-day protest period and 60-day governor's review.

This page will be updated in the future with information about the release of the Proposed RMP/ Final EIS and protest procedures.
