Upper Snake Resource Management Plan

Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) / Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

The Draft RMP / EIS presents a summary of information from the Analysis of the Management Situation and public scoping. The document presents BLM’s range of alternatives, an analysis of the alternative’s impacts, and identifies a preferred alternative. Completion of the Draft RMP / EIS is announced through a Notice of Availability (NOA) in the Federal Register, as well as through other public outreach methods such as media releases and mailings. A public comment period of at least 90 days commences with the publication of the NOA.
