Cove Recreation Site
Experience the magnificence of the Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area from the waters and shorelines of the Cove Recreation Site, a popular place to fish, hike, view wildlife, boat (motorized and non-motorized), waterskiing, swimming and picnicking. Day-use and overnight camping facilities are found on the south shore of C.J. Strike Reservoir, about one mile east of the dam. Fees are charged for day and overnight use, payable at self-service stations near the entrance to the campground and at the end of Buford Road (map).

Location: 45 miles south of Boise, Idaho. From Grand View, travel southeast on Highway 78 approximately 15 miles.
