Agency Creek Recreation Site

Agency Creek Campground is located along the Lewis and Clark National Backcountry Byway, near the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail and the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail. This secluded, arid area offers a variety of recreation activities including camping, biking, hiking, OHV riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Directions: 4 miles east of Tendoy, Idaho. 
From Tendoy, follow the Lewis and Clark Backcountry Byway four miles east. Tendoy is about 22 miles southeast of Salmon on Highway 28.

Facilities/Fees:

  • No fees
  • Primitive campground with 4 sites
  • Restrooms
  • Use Season: June-September
  • Cultural/historical interpretation
