Tower Rock Recreation Site

Tower Rock Recreation Site is a Lewis and Clark Expedition Campsite and is a primary river access for floaters and steelhead and trout fishermen. Non-motorized boating, fishing, picnicking, scenic driving, and camping are available.

Directions: About 10 miles north of Salmon, Idaho. 
Take Highway 93 north from Salmon, Idaho approximately 10 miles. The campground is on your left next to the river.

Facilities/Fees:

  • Developed campground with 6 sites; $5.00/night; $3-Golden Access Passport holders; $2/extra vehicle
  • RV sites (no hookups)
  • Restrooms
  • Picnic pavilion ($20/day reservation fee*)
  • Boat ramp
  • No drinking water
