70 miles southwest of Boise in the Owyhee Mountains
Directions
From Highway 78 near Murphy, turn off at the Silver City sign. From Jordan Valley on Highway 95 near Sheaville, turn off to Silver City.

- Unpaved country access roads
- Use season- Memorial Day weekend until November
- Winter access (November 1–June 1) only possible by snowmobiling, skiing or snowshoeing
The water in Jordan Creek, which runs through the campground, may contain mercury from prior mining activity in the area, so caution should be exercised.
