Murphy Travel Management Plan Issued by Owyhee Field Office: The Owyhee Field Office has issued the Murphy Travel Management Plan and accompanying NEPA Documents. The Plan designates a route system of 840 miles of roads and trails for use by motorized and non-motorized recreational vehicles, equestrians and hikers in an area of BLM managed public lands encompassing approximately 233,000 acres.
