CJ Strike Reservoir

Description: This 7,500-acre reservoir area impounds the Snake and Bruneau Rivers and is primarily used for fishing, boating and camping. BLM operates 26 camp units with free restrooms and drinkable water. Additional available sites are managed by other organizations that do charge fees. Plenty of opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking, swimming, water skiing, and wildlife viewing are available.

Location: 21 miles south of Mountain Home, Idaho.  South of Mountain Home on Hwy. 51 for 21 miles to Bruneau, then go west.
