Steck Park

Visitors to Steck Park will find two camping areas. The lower campground is in the older shaded part of the park and provides 21 sites (16 of these for RVs). Brownlee Reservoir offers excellent boating and fishing and is considered to be the best catfish, crappie and small mouth bass fishery in Idaho and Oregon. Steck Park also has two boat launching facilities. The first is located near the lower campground and offers access for car-top boats and small trailered boats.  A new extended, low-water ramp (useable down to 2055' water level) is located at the far end of the park.
