Mineral Ridge Boat Launch
This popular fishing access site on the east end of Coeur d'Alene Lake has a concrete launching ramp, docks and asphalt surfaced parking area. Each winter from November–February, a migrating population of up to 150 bald eagles visits the area to feed on spawning kokanee salmon. BLM staff lead an interpretive viewing program from Christmas through New Year's during peak migration.

- $4 daily fee (parking/launching)
- Seasonal Parking Pass/Boat Launch Fee: $30 (also valid for use at Blackwell Island)

Directions
About nine miles east of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Take US-90 east from Coeur d'Alene for 8 miles to Wolf Lodge Bay (exit 22), then south on Highway 97 for one mile. It is on the south side of Wolf Lodge Bay. Mineral Ridge Scenic Area and National Recreation Trail lie one mile further down the road on Beauty Bay.

BOATERS
Idaho Invasive Species Law and Boater Registration
Any boat registered in Idaho or another state, and any non-motorized vessel (canoe, kayak, raft, drift boat, etc.) is required to purchase and display IISF stickers in order to legally launch and operate in Idaho. Inflatable, non-motorized vessels less than 10 feet in length are exempt from this requirement.
