Killarney Lake Boat Launch

NEW! Killarney Boat Launch Closed for Repairs

A concrete boat ramp, docks, paved parking and 12 camp units are situated on the shore of  500-acre Killarney Lake. Campsites do not have hookups. Drinking water is available from a hand lift pump. Camp units, water and vault toilet are accessible. Snow is plowed in the winter for ice fishing access.

Directions: About 28 miles southeast of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho: take 
US-90 east from Coeur d'Alene for 19 miles to the Rose Lake/St. Maries exit. Follow State Highway 3 south for 4 miles and take Killarney Lake Road to the right for 3.5 miles.

Facilities/Fees:

  • Primitive campground, no hookups
  • $8/site 
  • $1/each additional person (over 5 people) 
  • 2 vehicle limit per site 
  • Use season: year-round 
  • Boat ramp 
  • Drinking water (hand pump) 
  • Vault toilet

BOATERS - BE AWARE OF A NEW STATE LAW!
The Idaho Invasive Species Law and Boater Registration
Under the new law, any boat that is registered in Idaho or another state, and any non-motorized vessel (canoe, kayak, raft, drift boat, etc.) will be required to purchase and display IISF stickers in order to legally launch and operate in Idaho. Inflatable, non-motorized vessels must be less than 10 feet in length to be exempted from this requirement.
