Beauty Bay Trail Hike

A short half-mile trail leading from Beauty Bay recreation site offers commanding scenic views of Coeur d’Alene Lake. An 800 ft. paved trail leads to a viewing deck overlooking Beauty Bay. An additional unpaved scenic trail (half-mile loop) in a forested setting affords commanding scenic vistas.

Directions: About 13 miles east of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. 
Follow Interstate 90 east from Coeur d’Alene for eight miles to the Wolf Lodge Bay exit (exit 22), then south on State Highway 97 for five miles.
