This is one of three primitive backcountry campsites along Forest Road 301 on the south side of the Grandmother Mountain WSA.

Directions: 23 miles east of Clarkia, Idaho
From State Highway 3 at Clarkia, take Forest Road 301 east for 23 miles

Facilities/Fees: 

  • No fees
  • No garbage collection – pack out all trash 
  • Use Season: July through September 
  • Primitive campground 
  • Vault toilet
