Challis Bridge Boat Ramp
Once called “Steel Bridge,” this site was rebuilt in 2004 with the National Public Lands Day funding and volunteer labor, along with fee demonstration funding. Boaters seesking a casual day float/fishing trip find easy access to the river, surrounded by a grove of cottonwoods that offer shade from the summer sun.
Location: 2 miles south of Challis on Highway 93
