For non-Bureau persons there is no dollar cost. Copies for individuals or offices may be obtained by doing the following. The non-BLM office or individual can submit to PMDS via fax or email (FAX 303-236-0889, e-mail BLM_NCS_PMDS@BLM.GOV, BUT requestors also need to insure to give complete physical street address to include room/suite number, and phone numbers. Orders without complete address will not be filled because the BLM will get a  $5.00 address correction charge per package from UPS and Fedex. Please send your request identifying the volume by title as well as pamphlet number "P-268".  

The books are packaged in lots of 12 from the printer.  If you are ordering bulk copies of more than 4 copies, please specify the number of copies of pamphlet number "P-268" needed and provide sufficient labels for shipment in lots of 12.  Please include a telephone number or e-mail address with requests for more than four copies.  Because the Bureau's PMDS will ship multiple copies via UPS or Fedex, provide the street address for your office as well as the mailing address.
