From Hwy 63 south of Ottumwa, IA or north of the MO line, at Bloomfield, IA, turn west onto East Jefferson St.  After 0.7 miles, turn slight left onto Old Hwy 2.  After 0.4 miles, the fairgrounds will be on the right.
